I have had amazing results from my sessions with Sharon at Thruve Bowen. I have tried various therapy types over many years however have not experienced anywhere near the success I've had with Sharon's bowen therapy . Sharon is very healing and passionate about her clients health. The benefits I have gained from her therapy have been very wholistuc, not just for improving lymphatic drainage but also for improving energy levels and reducing aches and pains in the body plus numerous other benefits. I continue to attend fortnightly sessions due to the amazing results I am benefiting from.
I cannot recommend Sharon's therapy high enough. How nice it is to receive treatment from a therapist who truly cares :)

I highly recommend Sharon at Thrive Bowen and Relaxation!
I reached out to Sharon as I was suffering recurring headaches, sinus issues, and general muscle soreness in neck, shoulders and back. All the treatments and medications I had been using just weren't working.
Oh my goodness!
It took a few appointments to sort me out and now I go on a regular basis for maintenance, and as a working mum of two children, it's a little bit of 'me time'.
Sharon has a very caring and gentle nature and the studio is a welcoming, calm and serene space to relax.

I cant recommend Sharon at Thrive Bowen and Relaxation enough. I was really impressed with the level of service l received, she listens to what my issues are and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel amazing by the time you leave.
